These two ultra compact new build Passivhaus homes present unique challenges built against existing buildings and right up to boundary lines. Ecospheric provided the Passivhaus modelling, thermal bridge modelling, DHW, space heating, moisture and mechanical ventilation design for this project along with foundation and party wall solutions.
