Historic Brick Workshop Turned EnerPHit

This 19th century brick workshop was used as an architecture studio before being retrofitted in 2021 into a certified Passivhaus detached family home. Ecospheric supported London-based RDA architects with PHPP modelling, M&E design, space heating design, construction detailing, and specialist moisture solutions on this project.
