Measured Architectural Surveys

This item includes the following survey data captured:

• Accurate measurement survey for the purposes of PHPP/DSM modelling.

• Basic heritage features captured.

• Construction build ups.

• Borescope testing only if required and if destructive testing authorised.

• Attic, below-floor and intra-floor inspections if accessible.

Also the production of the following documentation

• Plans, elevations and sections for the existing building.

• Voidage schedule (includes below-floor and intra-floor voidage along with any other suitable service runs) and associated joist direction

• Insulation schedule.

• Chimney Schedule.

• Window and Door schedule.

• Existing construction details for the principal elements.

Note this survey does not include the following:

• Any additional external buildings

• Wider site mapping (topo available upon request)

• Surface or foul drainage runs or rainwater goods

• Architectural freeze work or moulding

• Existing MEP or plant layout or spec capture, including lighting

• Condition survey (although we will feedback any obvious findings)

• Structural detailing will not be included i.e. looking into the existing structural walls, lintel work etc.
